Due to popular demand we have reopened the bookings for the last two sessions of The Submission Process!
The Submission Process
So you have a finished manuscript or a book idea – what now? This workshop takes you through the process of preparing your work for submission to a publisher or agent. Find out how to:
prepare your submission, including what to send, writing a synopsis, your “author bio” and “platform”, and presentation
research publishers and agents, including choosing the right publisher or agent, and understanding their requirements
tailor submissions, including formal proposals, enquiry letters and pitches
respond to positive replies – and to rejections.
Each session builds on the previous session and includes practical exercises based on your own manuscript or book idea.
